Summary

Sploudy is a free game supported by ads. The game has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email or phone number. Our advertising partners may collect device data, such as your device's advertising identifier, to show and measure ads. You can choose whether ads are personalised.

Data stored on your device

To remember your progress, Sploudy saves a few values only on your device: unlocked levels, stars, lives and the lives timer, your settings (music and sound volume, haptics), whether the tutorial has been shown, and your ad-personalisation choice. These values stay on your device. Deleting the game deletes them; "Reset Progress" in Settings clears the progress values.

Advertising

Sploudy shows ads through Unity LevelPlay (Unity Technologies) and the ad networks it works with. To serve, cap and measure ads and to prevent fraud, these partners may collect:

Their own privacy policies apply to this data: Unity: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy. We will list any other ad network here before the game is released.

Launch news emails (website)

The game itself never asks for your email. If you choose to sign up for launch news on the Sploudy website, we collect your email address and use it only to send you news about Sploudy. Our email service, Brevo, stores the address and sends the emails on our behalf (https://www.brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy/). We keep your address until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can ask us to delete your address at hello@pixelhurts.com. The sign-up is for people aged 13 and over.

Children

Sploudy is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13.

Your rights

The only personal data we hold ourselves is the email address of anyone who signed up for launch news; contact us at hello@pixelhurts.com about it. Requests about ad data are best sent to the ad partners listed above, and we will help if you contact us.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here and the date above will change.
